With a background in counseling and 13 years of experience supporting Chick-fil-A franchisees and working for Chick-fil-A, Inc., Allison combines her fascination and love of people with her passion for business as the Principal of Effectus Consulting.
In her 13 years with Chick-fil-A, Allison established training programs for franchisees, designed peer to peer coaching programs, consulted franchisees on restaurant training systems, supported large change initiatives, and most recently developed and launched a custom learning management platform for Chick-fil-A’s internal consultants.
Effectus Consulting provides Allison with the opportunity to share her experience and expertise with small business owners across all industries…and she is so grateful!
Allison holds a M.Ed. in Counseling from Clemson University and a B.S. in Sociology from The College of Charleston as well as certificates in Project Management and Instructional Design. She resides in Greenville, SC with her husband, three children, and their pup.
